BlockFi distributions for international clients are now open. You must complete remediation before May 15th, 2025 to receive your funds.

This process will have two parts:

  1. Email Verification: You’ll need to confirm access to the email address associated with your account. This ensures proper identity match before any action is taken.
  2. Wallet Verification (with Fee Coverage):
    You’ll need to verify a personal wallet address for fund distribution. Please ensure the wallet:
    – is secure and under your control
    – has enough balance to cover potential network fees (e.g., gas fees)
    – is capable of receiving the distribution in full without restrictions
  3. Important notice for clients required to provide source of wealth details:
    In compliance with Bermuda regulatory requirements, certain clients may be required to provide additional details regarding their source of wealth.
    These clients will receive an email from blockfi@cases.withpersona.com containing instructions for further requests.

    To complete the process, clients should fill out the form and submit it along with supporting documents by replying to the email from blockfi@cases.withpersona.com.
